The registered outstation participants shall be provided free boarding and lodging in and around. Foreign delegates shall be provided to and fro transportation from IGI Airport to university. Owing to the paucity of funds, participants are requested to meet their own travel expenses. However, if funds become available, limited financial assistance may be provided to some of the invited speakers.
